Hi Friends after vary long I am here. Today I have a tutorials to insert a signature in your outgoing email. A signature in email is a text that shows in every email you sent. It helps to provide all the necessary information about you including Phone no. email, your website and your social network profile too. So let us begun.
Firstly Open notepad and insert this codes and save it as sinature.html file.

Open the signature.html through notepad and Replace following.
ON
Line no. 9 Remove http://www.amritdevkota.com.np/favicon.ico and insert a link for a image you want to display. and remove Amrit – just a another with your name
Line on. 13 Replace Devkota Sagar With your Own name
Line no. 15 replace the email with your own email (in both two place)
Line no. 17 Replace the mob no with your own.
Line no. 19 Replace Lekhnath – 12 and Line no 20 Western Nepal with your Own address.
Line no. 22 With your Personal website
Line no. 25,26,27,28,29 Replace each social network link with your own. (Riplace the link next to href”but not other)
Now Save signature.htm
For Signature in Gmail
Run Signature.html through Browser. And copy all the content Copy all. (Ctrl+a then Ctrl+c)
Login to google account and Visit this Link https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#settings/general
Go to Signature Section and paste there. Save it
